Not all bluebird houses are built alike! Both side panels of this cedar house open: one for easy cleaning and the other for monitoring. The viewing side is marked and has a clear plexi-glass window in it to prevent nest and fledglings from falling out while monitoring it.
The house conforms to the North American Bluebird Society standards and measures 7"D x 8.75"W x 15"H. A predator guard block is already mounted in front of the opening and an interior screen on the front panel helps fledgling bluebirds climb and leave the nest. Contains appropriate ventilation and water drainage holes.
